Synopsis

[Synopsis] Du Anguo, a great general of the Qin Dynasty, blinded by power, carries out the extermination of the Zhao clan. Zheng Ying, a country doctor and retainer of the Zhao family, sacrifices his own children and wife to save the Zhao Orphan, the last remaining descendant of the unjustly wiped-out Zhao clan. He adopts the Zhao Orphan as his son and raises him as Zheng Bal. Unaware of this, Du Anguo believes Zheng Ying is on his side for a long time and adopts Zheng Bal as his foster son. After 20 years pass and Zheng Bal grows up, Zheng Ying confesses the horrific past of the Zhao clan and asks for revenge against Du Anguo...
