[Performance Introduction] So they lived **** for a very, very long time. Lee Haneuri, who has emerged as one of the most 주목받는 (highly regarded) contemporary composers after winning major domestic and international music competitions, including the Bartók International Competition, takes a fairy tale as a motif for her first full-length work and expands it into a completely different story. Let’s recall a fairy tale familiar to everyone. The three little pigs who built a house out of straw, wood, and brick. Here, the three beings appear not as the protagonists of the fairy tale, but as three musical subjects that erode and blend each other's boundaries, and an inexplicable tension flows between them. The story no longer flows as a story. The narrative recedes, and the performer merely operates the music—before long, the scene is dominated by music. Triggered by a single event, identities are mixed and eventually collapse. In this structure where elements of music, body, space, and senses operate in parallel, where the familiar fairy tale ends, something entirely different begins.
