- Presidential Cup Horizon National Nongak Competition: The only Presidential Cup competition among national festival competitions, featuring teams representing regional Nongak from across the country to experience the essence of our traditional Nongak.
- Byeokgolje Legend Twin Dragon Play: A representative traditional cultural performance based on the legend of the Twin Dragons associated with Byeokgolje, the main stage of the Gimje Horizon Festival. It features situational drama performances and participation from residents of Buryang-myeon, Gimje-si.
- Ipseok Tug-of-War for a Bountiful Harvest: A traditional folk game held on the first full moon of the lunar new year to pray for a bountiful harvest. This representative traditional cultural performance is operated by residents of Gyowol-dong, Gimje-si.
2. Experience Programs
- Land Art Zipline Experience: A unique leisure sports experience traversing the large-scale Land Art (rice paddy experience area) created at Byeokgolje.
- Cooking Rice in a Traditional Hearth: An experience where families cook and eat rice directly in a cauldron using a small hearth.
- Horizon Kite Flying: The nation's largest kite-flying project, offering a program to fly various kites simultaneously.
3. Ancillary Programs
- LED Land Art: Creating a nightscape by installing lighting befitting the festival theme on land art depicting Ssari-kong-i wearing Hanbok welcoming visitors with the richness and warmth of the horizon.
- Ssari-kong-i Bale Art Exhibition: A bale art exhibition showcasing the festival's atmosphere, displaying various paintings ranging from the Ssari-kong-i character to popular characters.
- Horizon Final Fantasy Show: A grand final media show combining lasers, lighting, fireworks, and multimedia to provide a spectacular festival night and large-scale nighttime attractions.
4. Others (Food, etc.)
- Local Specialty Food Booths: Selling not only representative dishes from each town and village but also food from representative local restaurants selected through the 'Taste It Competition,' a project aimed at eradicating substandard food at local festivals.
- Horizon Welcome Street: Operating snack booths for the younger generation.
- Agricultural and Specialty Direct Market: Selling raw agricultural, livestock, and fishery products, processed goods, and local specialties produced in Gimje.
