Program1. Representative Programs
1) Imsil N Cheese Stretch My Own Cheese Making - A grand program utilizing "cheese," the core content of the Imsil N Cheese Festival, to complete two 1,000-meter string cheese strips in a single go, embodying wishes for health, love, happiness, and a prosperous life.
2) Imsil N Cheese Dessert Fondue Experience - A large-scale participatory program using 200 kg of aged cheese for urban residents to easily experience and taste; available for approximately 300 participants per day for 4 days.
- Experience Fee: Advance Registration 5,000 KRW, On-site Registration 7,000 KRW
3) National Representative Imsil N Cheese Giant Rice Pizza - A large-scale rice pizza making experience utilizing cheese, the core content of the Imsil N Cheese Festival. Using a professional chef's recipe that can be easily cooked at home, this rice pizza cooking experience allows visitors to satisfy all five senses.
- Experience Fee: Advance Registration 7,000 KRW, On-site Registration 10,000 KRW Issue Program 1) Imsil N Cheese Global Cheese Fair - A representative program where tourists visiting the festival can easily taste and experience the excellent taste and quality unique to Imsil N Cheese. Exhibition and tasting of not only Imsil N Cheese but also global cheeses. Admission Fee: Advance registration 5,000 won / On-site registration 6,000 won. 100 people per hour (first-come, first-served entry) 3. Supplementary Programs
1) Imsil N Cheese Eclo Parade - A parade featuring sculptures depicting the cheese story of Father Ji Jeong-hwan, signifying the birth of Korean cheese. A participatory parade involving local residents and tourists, as well as performance groups from Imsil.
2) Imsil N Cheese Auction - An auction event where you can taste and purchase Imsil N Cheese, the representative cheese of Korea, at affordable prices. (October 8, 10, 12 - 11:30, 15:30), (9, 11 - 13:30, 15:30) / October 12 (10:00) - Imsil N Cheese Aged Cheese Rolling & Tower Stacking - An event to promote healthy Imsil N Cheese aged cheese by rolling and stacking cheese to find pure gold inside.
