▣ Event Name: 2026 Ulleungdo International Trail Running Race ▣ Date & Time: July 12, 2025 (Sun), 7:00 AM ▣ Location: Haedam-gil area, Ulleungdo (Start: Ulleung-gun Public Stadium) ▣ Time Limit: 27 km (9 hours) / 40 km (11 hours) ▣ Course Length: 27 km / 40 km ▣ Participation Fee: 599,000 KRW ▣ Athlete Registration: Pre-registration via OSK website ▣ Souvenirs: Race commemorative trail running gear, bib number, mobile certificate of completion, other outdoor gear, etc. ▣ Host / Organizer: OSK Outdoor Sports Korea ▣ Sponsors: Ulleung Cruise, Dae-A Resort, etc. ▣ Number of Participants: 400 ▣ Essential Items: Trail running shoes, trail running vest, waterproof jacket, water bottle, mobile phone, survival blanket, headlamp, personal snacks, cash, credit card, whistle Soft Cup ▣ Luggage storage available (Organization Headquarters) - Minimize luggage prior to the competition (stay luggage at your accommodation) ▣ The competition may be cancelled in the event of natural disasters, emergencies, or national emergencies, and participation fees will not be refunded. ** ▣ Inclusions Ferry fare (round trip), accommodation on Ulleungdo (2 nights, based on 3 people per room) Race entry fee: Bib number, souvenir, raffle entry, snacks after finishing, shuttle bus service (on the day of the race) ▣ Exclusions Personal travel insurance, personal meals, local transportation costs (transfers between piers), Dokdo round-trip cruise fare, etc. ▣ Prohibited Items Luggage limit per person (up to 1 backpack or suitcase) Size limit: Height 70cm, Width 40cm, Depth 40cm (60 liters or less, 28 inches or less) Bicycles and camping equipment are not allowed (shuttle bus service is not available), must transport items other than those covered by regulations yourself (luggage storage is not available) ▣ Cruise Schedule Change Notice Boarding dates may change due to personal schedules (e.g., Departure on 7/10, Return on 7/15, etc.) (Additional costs incurred due to schedule adjustments are the responsibility of the individual; no refunds will be given for participation fees due to the inability to utilize included items) ▣ Accommodation Assignment Notice 7/1 Room types will be indicated in the announcements thereafter, and adjustments cannot be made on-site.
